In July 2025, Sayfee reached a major milestone — the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) went live. This early version included a symptom-to-solution AI matcher, trained on our growing knowledge base. Partner companies like FixRight tested Sayfee on real service calls, providing invaluable feedback. Early reports highlighted faster diagnostics, fewer repeated visits, and improved safety interventions. At this stage, Sayfee wasn’t just a database — it was an active tool technicians could rely on during fieldwork. While still in closed beta, the results were promising enough to push forward with a public-ready version.
